Dr.J. embodies a true role model and passionate leader in the community. He breaks stereotypical views on the lack of Black men found in the education systems, mental health, and executive spaces. Dr. J. is the father, coach, and mentor that many can relate to.
Dr. J. is a licensed clinical mental health expert who specializes in various areas such as trauma informed care/mental health, leadership, racial equity and youth development. His health background allows him to connect and understand people in moments when they feel alone.

Dr. Julius Mullen is a national trainer, social service leader, university educator, author and mental health professional.
Dr. J keynotes conferences across the nation and presents workshops for youth, parents, educators, therapists, and industry. Julius completed an executive leadership certification from the University of Michigan School of Social Work/School of Business and Alliance for Strong Communities and Strong Families. He also is an expert in leadership, brain science/trauma informed care, youth development and racial equity. Dr. Mullen earned his license of professional mental health counseling credentials from the state of Delaware.
